The Company strictly prohibits academic dishonesty and will not knowingly engage in or support such activities. We fully adhere to copyright laws, and the Customer agrees to properly cite and attribute any text or ideas from the document they reference or use in their own work.
Website Content
Text, either edited or written for website publication, drafted by freelance experts who transfer all rights and ownership of the Services to the Company.
Once delivered, website content becomes the intellectual property of the Customer, who has full rights to distribute, publish, reproduce, or modify the content as they see fit.
Editing and Proofreading
A review of a document provided by the Customer, focusing on revisions and suggestions related to flow, readability, and language accuracy.
Copywriting
Promotional content, such as sales letters or articles, or any other form of content, created by freelance experts who transfer all rights and ownership of the Services to the Company.
Upon delivery, copywriting materials become the intellectual property of the Customer, granting them full rights to distribute, publish, reproduce, or modify the content.
Our Guarantees
Money Back Guarantee
The Customer must provide clear and accurate instructions for the order. The Company will collaborate fully with the Customer, and the Customer is expected to use reasonable care to ensure the Service meets the expected standards.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of Service delivery, either by email or through the Customer Admin Panel. Any refund requests made after this period will not be considered. Refunds will be issued according to these terms or at the discretion of the Company.
If a Service is provided later than agreed deadline, the price will be recalculated based on the new deadline. The difference in price between the original and final delivery deadlines will be refunded if applicable.
The Company will not be responsible for, nor will it grant, a refund under the following circumstances:
- The initial instructions provided by a Customer are incomplete and/or contradicting.
- The request for the refund is submitted after the 7-day period after delivery is passed.
- The Customer did not provide any evidence.
- The Customer refused to communicate regarding the instructions, which caused a significant delay in order delivery.
Authenticity Guarantee
Before delivering any service, the Company ensures that every project is completed with originality and aligns with the Customer's specific requirements. We conduct thorough checks to verify that the work is genuinely done to meet individual needs.
If the Customer believes that the service provided lacks authenticity, the Company is committed to resolving the issue. Customers may request a review by submitting evidence, such as independent reports or detailed feedback highlighting specific concerns.
Please note that standard expressions, commonly accepted practices, or necessary references will not affect our authenticity assessment. Additionally, minor similarities detected due to software inaccuracies do not qualify for our Authenticity Guarantee. The Company’s decision regarding the final evaluation of the service’s authenticity is considered final.
Free Revision Guarantee
If the Customer believes that the service provided does not align with their initial instructions or the guarantees outlined on the Company’s website, they are entitled to request a free revision. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service completion date, either by email or through the Customer Admin Panel. After 14 days, it is assumed that the Customer is satisfied, and a free revision will no longer be available.
The time needed for a freelance expert to complete a revision is not included in the original service timeframe. The expert may require additional time to complete the revision, which can be granted at the Customer’s discretion.
If the revision request involves changes that fall outside the original instructions, contradict the initial order, or is submitted after the 14-day period, the Customer may request a revision for a nominal fee. This fee will be determined based on the scope of work required.
Verification Policy
As part of the Company’s fraud prevention measures, the Customer may be required to complete a verification process, which may involve confirming billing or order-related information either by phone or in writing. The Company initiates the verification process within 2 hours of receiving payment confirmation. If the Customer is unable to complete the verification within a reasonable time—2 hours after payment confirmation—this may result in a delay in the Service delivery.
Ordering Policy
Inconsistent or Incomplete Instructions
The Customer agrees to provide complete and detailed instructions, including any necessary files, materials, and access credentials required for successful order completion. If the Customer indicates they will provide additional materials, the order will be paused after payment until those materials are received. This ensures the assigned expert has all the necessary resources to begin the work. The Company will not start working on the order until all the required materials are submitted. The Customer understands that the delivery timeline depends on the prompt submission of these materials.
Contradictory Instructions
The Customer is expected to provide clear and consistent instructions. Contradictory instructions may cause delays in service delivery, as the Company will need to verify and clarify the instructions with the Customer. Work may be paused until clarifications are provided, and the Company will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from the need for instruction verification.
Reasonable Support and Cooperation
The Customer acknowledges that failure to provide guidance or respond to inquiries during the order process may result in delivery delays. The Company recommends regularly checking email to address any questions from the assigned expert. Failure to check messages or incorrect contact information may cause delays in delivering the requested service.
Obscure or Rare Sources
If the order requires access to obscure or rare materials not readily available to the public, the Customer agrees to provide these materials or access credentials within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Failure to provide these materials on time may delay the order’s completion.
Order Cancellation by the Customer
Once an order is paid, a freelance expert is allocated to the project. Due to the specialized nature of the service, refunds will be issued only as stated in these terms. In other cases, refunds or discounts are provided at the Company’s discretion.
Orders can be canceled at any time prior to payment.
If the order is paid for but no expert has been assigned, upon cancellation, a refund of 80% of the total amount will be issued.
If the order is paid and an expert has been assigned, the Customer will receive a 40% refund upon cancellation.
Deadline Policies
Customer Extension
If the Customer grants additional time for the expert to complete the Service, a new extended deadline will be established. Any lateness will be calculated based on this new deadline.
Revision Deadline
If the Customer requests a revision under the Free Revision Guarantee, the expert will need additional time to complete the revisions. In this case, the order will not be considered late, and the Money-Back Guarantee for late delivery will not apply.
Payments and Balance
Service Charges
The Company’s fees for services are listed on its website. If a Customer requests work that falls outside the standard service categories or requests modifications that differ from the original instructions, the Company reserves the right to set a custom rate for the Service.
Advance Payment
Customers are encouraged to pay for their order in advance, provided the Company is confident in assigning a freelance expert for the task. If advance payment is made and the Company is unable to assign an expert, the Customer will receive a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds, whether full or partial, will be processed using the same credit or debit card that was used for the original payment. The Company will offer credit towards future orders for direct bank transfers (Wire Transfers). All refunds will be issued according to these terms or at the Company’s discretion.
Upfront Payment
Customers acknowledge that a freelance expert is assigned to their order only after payment has been made. Delays in providing payment after filling out the order form and selecting a deadline may result in delayed delivery. The deadline will only be activated once payment and all necessary order instructions are received.
Discounts & Balance
Seasonal discounts offered by the Company apply on a per-order basis and cannot be combined. Customers may choose to use or ignore any available discount. The Company does not offer refunds for unused discounts.
Customers may top up their balance with the Company and combine it with discounts for future orders. Customers can use their balance to pay in full or not use it at all. Refunds are available only for unused top-up amounts. Otherwise, the balance is non-refundable.
Service Completion and Delivery
Once a service is completed, the results will be sent to the Customer's registered email address. Additionally, the completed order will be available for direct access through the Customer Admin Panel.
If the Customer does not receive the results by the specified deadline, they should contact the Company for assistance. A representative will help resolve any technical issues to ensure timely delivery.
The Company is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by problems with the Customer’s email server or Internet Service Provider.
Privacy and Security
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its Customers and will not disclose any information provided during the order process, except as required by law or to address fraudulent transactions.

Third-Party Links
The Company’s website or staff may include links to external websites or resources. The Company does not endorse or assume responsibility for the availability of these resources and is not liable for any damages or losses incurred from using linked sites.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
The Company does not offer services, support, or access to individuals or entities in "Prohibited Jurisdictions," which include: England and Wales, the Republic of Ireland, the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan.
Individuals and entities from these jurisdictions are prohibited from using the services provided by OvernightEssay.pro. By using the website and its services, you confirm that you are not located in, a resident of, or representing anyone in any of the Prohibited Jurisdictions.
Limitation of Liability
